Grove View Artwork Commission

We created a series of site-specific artworks for Grove View Health Centre, inspired by the local history, landscape, and nature. The artwork is integrated with a bespoke colour-coded wayfinding system, designed to enhance navigation and bring warmth and identity to the space.

Project: Site specific artwork commission

Client: Art in Site/CBC

We were commissioned to deliver an extensive series of original, site-specific artworks for the new Grove View Health Centre in Dunstable.

Taking inspiration from the local landscape, history, and natural surroundings, the artwork reflects the unique character of the area and contributes to a welcoming, uplifting environment for patients and staff.

Each piece was carefully designed to respond to the architecture and interior layout, and we developed a distinct colour scheme for each floor to enhance the wayfinding system, also created by us.

This fully integrated visual approach helps improve navigation throughout the building while adding warmth and personality to the space.

“Marcus created a strong and clear brand and wayfinding identity for the building with distinctive colours and typography. His artworks for the building resonate with the beauty of the Chilterns.”
