We were commissioned to deliver a comprehensive branding, wayfinding, and art installation project for a new Health & Care Hub and apartments in Dunstable.

The Grove View Apartments & Health Centre project stands as one of our most significant collaborations. Partnering with the design studio Art in Site, we delivered a comprehensive design package for this new health centre and residential space in Dunstable.

We worked closely with all stakeholders to develop a cohesive site-wide brand, wayfinding system, and artwork scheme aimed at enhancing both the aesthetic and functional qualities of the space. Drawing inspiration from the local surroundings, the artwork scheme incorporated colour-coded floors, ensuring easy navigation while creating a welcoming and vibrant environment.

This project highlights our commitment to blending practical design elements with thoughtful, site-specific artwork to create a truly integrated and community-focused space.
