Tate Exchange

We have worked with Tate Galleries on a wide range of different projects over the last few years from branding, book design, animations and product development for their gallery stores.

Project: Animations for use on social comms/in gallery

Client: Tate Exchange

We were thrilled to be commissioned by Tate Galleries to bring their thought-provoking Tate Exchange outreach programme to life through animation. Our challenge? To take five of the programme’s most pressing and complex questions and distill them into engaging, visually compelling 10-second animations.

Each short was carefully crafted to spark curiosity, provoke discussion, and encourage deeper engagement with Tate Exchange events. Designed for Tate’s social media channels, these bite-sized animations serve as both invitations and conversation starters, drawing in audiences and offering fresh perspectives on the big ideas explored within the programme.

By blending bold visuals with thought-provoking themes, we aimed to create content that not only informs but also inspires—turning abstract questions into dynamic, shareable moments that resonate beyond the gallery walls.

Project: Colours & Shapes Book
Client: Tate Publishing

Our work is rooted in simplicity and the thoughtful application of colour, making the opportunity to design and illustrate this book for Tate Publishing the perfect creative challenge!

Colours & Shapes is packed with puzzles, games, and colouring activities designed to help young children engage with the world of shapes and colours in a fun and interactive way. Bursting with bold, vibrant illustrations and featuring hundreds of stickers, this book encourages creative play while supporting early learning.

Designed to inspire curiosity and imagination, it’s a playful introduction to the joy of colour and design, making learning both exciting and hands-on.
